AI is central to how Capital Academy teaches, through AI expert instructors, CAPA, AI quizzes and AI summaries. Learners, parents, employers and partner institutions deserve to know how that AI works, where its limits are and how their data is handled.
Many online learning platforms have detailed terms and privacy policies but no specific rules for AI. Capital Academy treats AI governance as a core part of the learning experience, not an afterthought.
What the framework covers
The framework, governed by DIFC law, includes:
